Hi to you all who keep playing this lovely game

Allthough there has been many new developments in the cityville game, we are also loosing players to many other “ville” games. Also, many gaming companies have developed cityville clones (like smurfs etc) after seeing the success of this little, lovely, relaxing game. I have tried some of those clones, but none of them are as good and cute as cityville. Also, they do not have any tips or cheats you can use to improve your gaming area.

But, cityville is also loosing its charm. I have just checked facebook and saw that monthly cityville users are down to about 50million, which is still a huge population. It seems like we will have our cities grow and get better more and more for some more time.

I don’t have any new tips or cheats for now, and i will appreciate if you send me any tips/hints/cheats you have found yourself. But i am back in the game, fully concentrated, which means i will be updating my city and my cheat database soon.

Back to Life, Back in Cityville

Hi All,

It has been a long time wince my last post. There were major changes about my life, so i had to lower my online time. But unlike me, zynga has not made any big changes to the game so far. I was expecting that they would put in some tricks to seperate pro players from the paying ones. Don’t you just hate it when you see someone buy their city new stuff while you have to work lots of hours to get that gear?

I think cityville has become a major income source for zynga and they are not planing to give it up soon. So those paying players will be a part of our cityville life as long as it goes. Yes, we work our way for cheats and tricks but paying money for the in game tricks is not cheating, it is just being conned.

Anyway, it’s just my 2 bucks.

Back to game, i noticed that snow helps you grow stuff. It covers your fields like a blanket so that your veggies watered and secured, all you have to do is to collect them. So don’t loose time between collecting to grown and planting new ones.

As my life is back to normal, i will be posting more often from now on, have a nice day.

It’s another bright new day in my cityville city. I now have some news about the cityville game for you.

As expected, cityville has already beaten the user count of farmville with a record of reaching 70 million players in the first month. Currently it has over 100 million monthly active players which makes 20% of the total facebook users.

Zynga was sure expecting this game to make a blow, but probably not this big. Now they have announced that they are working on new user levels to keep the players focused on the game after they get level 60. I am one of those fans who is waiting for the new levels also. Well, not so sure about my boss, as she is usually upset about my cityville addiction.

Anyway, here are some casual cityville tips that might come in handy to beginners. For more, I recommend you people to get the CityVille Guide. Do not forget to build train stations. They are necessary to get bonus and presents from your neighbour cities. The unlocked stuff is opened as you build new buildings and stores, so keep building. Anyway, I feel guilty that i left my blog alone for a while, so I want to give you some useful tips. These are not secret or cheat codes, just basic strategies. For more, you’d better get the cityville guide.

The best way to cash up your cityville profile is the tasks/goals. It’s located on the upper left side of your screen, click on it to see your to do list. Clicking on other houses, visiting other cities etc. are the most common goals and allthough they look stupid, they pay you well.

Use your neighbours for energy bolts, do not pay for energy bolts in cityville, there are much better ways to spend your city dollars.

Level up is another thing to monetize. It’s called experience but in fact it’s just a trick to keep you in play, so you click on icons, fool around etc., so your experience grows and every level up gives you city money.
